Refund and Returns Policy

At Lygon Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our coffee products, we are unable to accept returns on roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, or other perishable goods. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Non-perishable items such as merchandise and brewing equipment can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective (with photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Your order was lost in transit (subject to verification by our shipping provider).

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once the claim is approved.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been roasted, packed, or shipped. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be canceled.
